Acknowledging that one specific teaching method cannot be applied to every student is obvious. But despite the agreement on the topic, many more people remember instructors whose rigidity in doing their job indefinitely ruined students’ motivation and ambition.

Precisely this dangerous ability of certain teachers drives the immense significance of the teaching career in society.

Teachers ultimately have a hand in the growth or decay of future generations…
